The Lumon LGS (Lumon Glazing Sliding) is a frameless sliding glass wall system that uses toughened glass panels on precision aluminum tracks. The panels glide open and stack to one side, completely opening the space — or close to create a weather-protected enclosure. There are no visible frames between panels, giving you an unobstructed view.

The LGS is a sliding system — panels move horizontally along upper and lower aluminum tracks and stack neatly to one end. This is different from folding/bi-fold door systems (which hinge and fold) or retractable systems (which roll up). Sliding glass walls offer a clean, modern look and are especially well-suited for straight runs on porches and patios.

Yes. The glass panels slide and stack to one or both ends of the opening, allowing the space to be completely open. You can configure the system to stack left, right, or split to both sides depending on your layout.

The LGS system is available in 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm toughened safety glass. The appropriate thickness depends on the panel height — taller panels require thicker glass for structural integrity and wind resistance.

Individual glass panels range from 300 mm to 1,200 mm wide (approximately 12" to 47"). The system accommodates up to 5 rails, allowing large openings to be covered with multiple panels.

Yes. Vertical and lateral silicone and rubber sealing profiles cover gaps between panels and surrounding structures, providing effective protection against rain, wind, and outside noise. The system is designed for year-round use in Texas weather conditions.

The LGS system offers four handle configurations: a standard lower latch, lower latch with child lock, lower latch with pull tab, and a two-sided handle with key lock. The keyed option is ideal for added security.
